This ranking is a synthesis of assessments already published on this site, not new primary research. No firm below was interviewed for it, and the four agentic questions we publish for buyers have not been put to them. It tells you who has shown evidence of agentic delivery, not who would deliver best for you.

How this list was built

Every firm we track was searched for agentic material in its profile. Fourteen carried some, and a product page carried more; eight carried enough to place. The order reflects a stated hierarchy of evidence rather than a score:

An independent analyst assessment of agentic work specifically.
Disclosed revenue or contract value tied to agentic transformation.
Disclosed advanced AI revenue where agentic is combined with generative.
Agents in production, on the firm’s own operations or a named client.
A named agentic platform shipping.
Capability to govern agents rather than build them.

Firms whose only agentic mention was incidental were left out rather than padded in. Eight is the number the evidence supports.

The eight firms

1. Cognizant

Independently assessed in agentic AI. ISG’s Provider Lens research names Cognizant a Leader in Agentic AI Development and Deployment Services, the only third-party assessment on file that evaluates a firm on agentic delivery specifically rather than on generative AI or AI consulting generally. Cognizant also stood up a dedicated Gemini Enterprise practice with Google Cloud in 2025 for agentic customer experience work.

Why here. It is the only firm here whose agentic work has been assessed on its own terms by an outside analyst. Everything below rests on what the firms themselves disclose.

2. Capgemini

Agentic work tied to disclosed revenue. Generative and agentic AI accounted for more than 10% of Capgemini’s fourth-quarter 2025 bookings, roughly double the share earlier that year. The firm also closed an intelligent operations contract worth more than €600 million tied directly to agentic AI transformation, and partnered with NVIDIA in 2025 to bring agentic AI into personalised marketing at scale.

Why here. A named contract value attached to agentic transformation is harder evidence than a platform launch. The booking share shows it is repeatable rather than a single win.

3. Accenture

Largest disclosed advanced AI revenue. Accenture reports advanced AI revenue covering generative and agentic work together, which tripled year over year to $2.7 billion in fiscal 2025, alongside generative AI bookings of $5.9 billion. It is one of the few firms that separates this work out in its own reporting.

Why here. The largest disclosed number in the group, but it combines generative and agentic revenue, so the agentic share is not visible. That is why it sits below a smaller figure that is agentic-specific.

4. PwC

Deployed agents internally before selling them. PwC has deployed more than 250 AI agents inside its own organisation before selling the platform to clients. It is a Leader in The Forrester Wave: AI Consulting Services, Q2 2026, is the first reseller of OpenAI’s ChatGPT Enterprise, and is a launch partner for Anthropic’s industry offerings.

Why here. Running 250 agents on your own operations is the most direct operational proof in this list. It is self-reported and has not been independently assessed for agentic delivery.

5. Palantir

The most completely specified agent platform here. Palantir Foundry AIP covers all four layers of a working agent: planner, tool layer, memory and evaluation harness. It is the only offering on this site specified that way, and the evaluation harness is the layer our own guide identifies as the one buyers most often discover missing. Palantir also originated the forward deployed engineering model and places first in our FDE ranking, so the delivery capacity behind the platform is assessed.

Why here. Platform completeness is real evidence, and on that measure this is the strongest entry. It sits below the firms above because there is no disclosed agentic revenue and no independent assessment of its agentic work, and because its engineers build exclusively on Palantir’s own software rather than a client’s existing stack.

6. Deloitte

A named agentic platform in market. Deloitte built Zora AI, an agentic product platform that ships ready-to-deploy agents designed to perceive, reason and act across business functions with limited human intervention, backed by the Deloitte AI Institute’s research programme.

Why here. A named, shipping platform is real evidence of investment. Without disclosed agentic revenue or named production deployments it ranks below firms that have both.

7. Tredence

Agentic systems with named production clients. Tredence designs and deploys agentic systems that automate multistep workflows, running more than 150 industry AI accelerators including RAPID, Milky Way and AQUA. It deployed an AI-powered shopping concierge at Thorne as a lighthouse agentic commerce customer, and names Walmart, Mars, PepsiCo and Eli Lilly among enterprises where it has deployed generative and agentic AI.

Why here. Named production clients are strong evidence. Tredence publishes this site, so its placement here rests only on the same disclosed material as every other entry, and carries no editorial preference.

8. IBM Consulting

Governance for agents rather than agent build. Forrester named IBM a Leader in The Forrester Wave for AI Governance Solutions, Q3 2025, citing watsonx.governance’s handling of AI risk, auditability and agent oversight across regulated industries. IBM’s enterprise generative AI book of business crossed $12.5 billion by the end of 2025.

Why here. The evidence here is about supervising agents in regulated environments, not building them. That is a different capability, and it is the one most often missing.

Who is not on this list, and why

Model providers. Anthropic, OpenAI and the other labs supply the models these agents are built on, and the Claude page carries practical guidance on running agentic workloads. That is a different layer from delivery: a lab sells you the planner’s brain, not the tool layer, the memory or the evaluation harness around it. They are tracked in the Agentic AI area but are not ranked here.

Strategy firms without a build practice. Bain & Company works with OpenAI at Elite Partner tier, but its own profile states the practice concentrates on strategy and private equity value creation rather than large-scale technical build. On that evidence it does not belong in a delivery ranking, so it has been removed from this area rather than listed and caveated.

What this list cannot tell you

Whether any of these firms handles a failed agent run well, what permissions their agents hold in production, how large their evaluation suites are, or what the rollback path looks like for an action that has already reached a third party. Those four questions are on the shortlist method and none of them can be answered from published material. Ask them on the first call.

Is this ranking based on new research?

No. It synthesises assessments already published on this site. No firm was interviewed for it, and the four agentic questions we publish for buyers were not put to them.

Why only seven firms?

Fourteen firms carried some agentic material and seven carried enough to place on stated evidence. The rest were left out rather than padded in to reach a round number.

Why is Cognizant first?

It is the only firm here assessed by an outside analyst on agentic delivery specifically, rather than on generative AI or AI consulting generally.

Tredence publishes this site. Does that affect its position?

Its placement rests on the same disclosed material as every other entry: named accelerators and named production clients. No payment for placement is offered or accepted, in any form.

Why is Anthropic not ranked here?

Anthropic supplies the model an agent is built on, which is a different layer from delivering the agent. It is tracked in the Agentic AI area but a lab and a delivery partner are not comparable on the same scale.
