Anthropic closes a 65 billion dollar round at a 965 billion valuation

Anthropic said it had raised $65 billion in a Series H at a $965 billion post-money valuation, closing 28 May 2026. The company reported annualised revenue of more than $47 billion by that month, against roughly $1 billion at the start of 2025.

Why it matters to a buyer

Claude runs as a supported model on AWS Bedrock, Google Cloud Vertex AI and Microsoft Azure Foundry. For an enterprise buyer, that combination of funding and three-cloud availability lowers the concentration risk of standardising on one model vendor.
