The firm launched the BCG X AI Science Institute in 2025, rolled ChatGPT Enterprise out across its workforce, and has built more than 18,000 custom GPT agents internally, with named client work including IBM, Reckitt, and Foxconn.

BCG X pairs strategy and build under one team, suiting enterprises that want both delivered together, with fees that reflect strategy-consulting rates rather than a pure technical delivery shop's pricing structure.
